Tiny Showcase.com sells limited-edition prints of original art by emerging and established artists weekly. None of the prints are much larger than an 8x10. The artists also donate a small percentage of the sale to their favorite charity.

Wouldn’t it be cool if we created a similar project in Hampton Roads? It would feature local artists and benefit local charities. However, we would keep the limited run smaller and ask the artist to sign each one - adding more value to the art, especially if we have a burgeoning Picasso in our midst.

At the end of the year, we’ll request that each artist donate the original art for auction. All proceeds from the auction would benefit one or several charities.
